How to log an activity?

Click on the tab in the centre. It will lead to this screen.

Notes and images are optional. But you need to select an activity before you can log something. If your activity is not on the list, click on 'submit request'!

How to add friends?

Click the Search bar on the top right corner of the Feed tab

Then, type in the username of your friend. Once you find and click on the right profile, click on the 'Add Friend' button. It will send a friend request*. Once the friend accepts it, you will be friends!
